1. Emergency Exit Models (GTU and GTL)

These top-hung windows function as both a standard living space window and a safe emergency escape route.

Core Function: Provides a safe emergency escape route and comfortable outward-opening window.
Opening Angle: Opens to a wide 67 degree angle in an emergency for quick, easy exit.
Operation: Manual operation with a handle located at the bottom of the sash.
Everyday Use: The sash can be opened continuously up to 45 degrees for a panoramic view and excellent ventilation.
Ventilation: Includes a ventilation flap with an air filter for dust- and insect-free airing while the window is closed.
Cleaning: Can be fully rotated like a center-pivot window for easy cleaning of the outer pane.
Roof Pitch: Suitable for pitches from 15 to 55 degrees.

Core Function: Ideal as a maintenance access window with a door-like function.
Opening Angle: Opens up to 90 degrees for safe, convenient roof access.
Operation: Operated by a handle mounted on the middle of the side of the sash.
Security: Stays securely locked when fully open due to the safety opening stays with a gas spring.
Ventilation: Features a ventilation flap with an air filter.
Passage Opening: The clear access opening is approximately 51 x 110 cm (approx. 20.1 x 43.3 inches).
